I have always had a passion for the arts in desi culture and love that I get to incorporate bollywood music and dance moves into my class. I strive to make my class involve various forms of exercises including cardio and strength training exercises, while also making these exercises fun with the addition of dance moves as well. Today

Native of Ohio and 12 year resident of Houston. My expertise includes over 20 years in Nursing and 8 years in the Fitness industry. I’m most known for my ability to lead, inspire, and motivate. Fitness health and wellness changed my life and as a Muslim I believe in the responsibility of serving the community. My goal is to connect with women from different religions, and cultures. At ADF Stayfit our sisterhood bond stems from being women.

Heather brings a holistic approach and as a trainer, focuses on empowering women to embrace their fitness journey through every stage of life while reaching fitness goals in mind, body, and soul.
